The webshop is run by:
Esthers Have receives payment via PayPal, MobilePay and via bank transfer. As soon as the payment is registered, the order is shipped.
The customer can choose to get prices in Danish kroner (which is the webshop's default setting), Swedish kroner, Norwegian kroner, Euro and US Dollar. The webshop can ship to customers in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Germany. Customers with addresses outside these countries cannot use the webshop, unless settled in Danish kroner, including Danish VAT, and the order is physically collected at the company's address.
Esthers Have uses PayPal to receive payment via regular debit cards. The use of PayPal is subject to PayPal's terms and conditions, as well as the security features PayPal provides to its customers. The other forms of payment, including MobilePay, do not require the customer to enter information into our system, as the payment transfer takes place from either mobile phone or via online banking.
Esther's Garden delivers on all business days, and as far as possible with orders made before 1 p.m. 12.00. Orders that place special requirements on packaging, weight or other, can have a few days' processing time. Delivery of tickets for courses, gift certificates and events will be sent electronically at the time of payment ascertained, or - for gift cards - at the time indicated as a request upon booking.
The customer is offered to choose from several different transport companies whose services and prices are disclosed as part of the purchase process.
A 2-year warranty is granted under the Danish Purchase Act. Your right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or fabrication.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product / service.
Esthers Have will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

The above right of complaint does not apply to food or other perishable goods, including flowers, bouquets, dried flowers and the like.
If a refund is agreed, the terms and conditions for this will be agreed before returning the goods.
14 days full return policy is given for goods purchased in our Webshop. However, food or other perishable goods, including flowers, bouquets, dried flowers and the like, are excluded.
You will have to pay return costs yourself.
Cancellation must be reported to us within 14 days of purchase and from the cancellation you must return within 14 days after the shipment.
The notification must be given by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the notice you must clearly indicate to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item is used further than described above, we consider the item used, which means that when you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the trade value of the item.
